Technical Information

Type of Wine: Vino de la Tierra de Castilla
Grape Varieties: 100% Chardonnay.
Aging: french oak barrels for three months.
Alcohol Degree: 12,5% Vol.

Elaboration

Elaborated with grapes from adult vineyards of 14-15 years old, with support irrigation. Fermentation at low temperature in inox tanks and transfer to french oak barrels for three months after completing alcoholic fermentation. The wine is subsequent stored in traditional cement tanks until it is bottled.
