Elaboration

Elaborated with Airen grapes from very old vineyards, planted in very poor dryland soils. Cold pre-maceration with the skins at 10°C for 8 hours and controlled fermentation at low temperature. It keeps with its own fine lees until its bottling.

Pale straw colour with greeenish reflections and a aromatic profile of white fruits, citrus and light floral nuances. On the palate it is fresh, fruity, light and easy to drink. Perfect for every day.

To serve

Perfect to accompany fish, shellfish, rice, paste, white meat and cheese. To serve at 6-8ºC.
