Average Production: 2.500 kg/ha.
Grape Varieties: 100% Tempranillo.

Elaboration
Elaborated with Tempranillo grapes from old vineyards over 35 years old with an average production of 2.500 kg/ha. Cold pre-maceration at 10ºC for 24 hours and full fermentation with the skins at 26-28ºC. Malolactic fermentation in traditional cements tanks and subsequent aging in french oak barrels for 10 months.
Tasting Notes
Intense, deep colour. Black fruit and balsamic aromas in the mouth with subtle hints of dark chocolate and toasted wood. On the palate it is fresh and well structured. It is a wine to enjoy and drink now, and also to keep for many years.
To Serve
Perfect with game and red meats and cured cheeses. Serve at 14-16ºC.
