Golden straw yellow color. With a medium-high aromatic intensity, notes of fruits such as grapefruit and quince, and a floral background that adds great singularity. On the palate, its texture and fruit completely envelop the palate, and its structure provides body and character, but in a very smooth, gentle, and balanced way. Long finish with a subtle bitterness that enhances its character as a great gastronomic wine.

Elaboration
Elaborated following the ancestral tradition of our region of fermenting the white must in contact with the skins, which provides unique nuances and structure. The wine is subsequently stored in traditional cement tanks where it gets smoother until it is bottled.

To Serve

Perfect with fish stews, soupy rice dishes, white meats, stews and cured cheeses. Serve at 12-14ºC.
