Viña del Lugar Airén

Pale straw color with greenish reflections and an aromatic profile of white fruits, citrus, and subtle floral notes. Fresh, fruity, and with a pleasant smoothness in the mouth.

Grape Varieties: 100% Airén
Alcoholic Degree: 11,5% Vol.

Elaboration

Elaborated with Airén grapes from very old vineyards, planted in very poor dryland soils. Cold pre-maceration with the skins at 10ºC for 8 hours and controlled fermentation at low temperature. It keeps with its own fine lees until its bottling.

Tasting Notes
Pale straw colour with greenish reflections. In the nose we find an aromatic profile of white and citrus fruits with subtle floral nuances. Fresh, fruity and with a pleasent smoothness in the mouth.
To Serve

Perfect with fish, shellfish, rice dishes, pastas and cheeses. Serve at 6-8ºC.
