Elaboration
Elaborated with Tempranillo grapes from old vineyards planted in very poor dryland soils. Cold pre-maceration with the skins at 10°C for 24 hours and full fermentation with the skins at 23-24°C. Malolactic fermentation and storage in traditional cement tanks until bottling.
