Average Production: 5.000 kg/ha.
Grape Varieties: 100% Tempranillo.
Alcohol: 13,5% Vol.

Elaboration
Elaborated with Tempranillo grapes from old vineyards with support irrigation and with an average production of 5.000 kg/ha. Cold pre-maceration at 10ºC for 24 hours and full fermentation with the skins at 23-24ºC. Malolactic fermentation and storage until bottling in traditional cement tanks.
